We offer a 100% money back guarantee on Products returned for any reason. We’ll gladly accept returns for any Dermalogica products purchased from www.thehouseofbeauty.online or in person at The House of Beauty and will issue a full refund upon receiving your items within 30 days of the PURCHASE date.
Should you have a skin response to your product please also contact Laura at The House of Beauty as soon as possible.
All returns must be pre-approved by Laura and submitted via email or WhatsApp.
Please contact Laura within 48hr should you have any discrepancies with your order.
Please follow the simple instructions below:
1. Submit your return request to Laura via email email@example.com or WhatsApp 07961508224. You will be asked to upload a photo of your item. The House of Beauty will not accept images from our website, 3rd party websites or any other images that are not of your own Dermalogica order with packaging. If the images supplied do not meet the guidelines there may be a delay processing your refund.
2. Laura from The House of Beauty will be in contact within 2 working days with instructions for returns. It is the customer’s responsibility to repackage the items for return. The House of Beauty does not send out boxes, envelopes, jiffy bags or any other packaging material for customers to return items.
3. We cannot refund postage.
